Abstract

Moroccan pre-saharan space is marginalized in researchers it is less studied .

The OUED NOUN region is a rich gepgraphic area wich presents importans economics and historical aspects, the regain of the saharian pvovince provides the oud noun region with prosperity and a socioeconomic role wich helps in the promotion of this space , Guelmim city the economic and administrative center of this region.

The city is being developping in the few last years to become the center and to finish the marginalization bye the development of the public space and the opportunities and to assure a positive hurbanization.
