Abstract
هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن أثر أساليب التدريس الحديثة في تحسين مستوى أداء طلبة الصفوف الأساسية في المدارس الحكومية، وتمثل مجتمع البحث من جميع الإداريين (مديري المدارس) في محافظة اربد، وبلغ حجم عينة الدراسة (150) مديرا تم اختيارهم بطريقة العينة العشوائية، واعتمدت الدراسة منهج البحث الوصفي، كما تم تصميم أداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات التي تسهم في الإجابة عن تساؤلات الدراسة من العينة، حيث تم توزيع (200) استبيان واسترداد (150) استبانة صالحة لأغراض الدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى فاعلية أساليب التدريس الحديثة في تحسين مستوى أداء الطلبة حيث تبين وجود أثر ذي دلالة إحصائية، كما كشفت عن تفسير مقياس أساليب التدريس الحديثة ما نسبته (68.4%) من تباين أداء الطلبة، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة العمل على تعزيز دمج أساليب التدريس الحديثة في عمليات التدريس خاصة الأساليب التي تطرق لها البحث (العصف الذهني، التعلم التعاوني، التعلم باللعب)، لحصولها على درجات مرتفة لمتوسطة مما يدل على أثرها الإيجابي على أداء الطلبة
The study aimed to reveal the impact of modern teaching methods on improving the performance level of students in the basic classes in public schools. The research community consisted of all administrators (school principals) in Irbid Governorate. The descriptive research methodology, and the questionnaire tool was designed to collect data that contribute to answering the study's questions from the sample, where (200) questionnaires were distributed and (150) valid questionnaires were retrieved for the purposes of the study, The study found the effectiveness of modern teaching methods in improving the level of students' performance, as it was found that there is a statistically significant effect. Teaching processes, especially the methods discussed in the research (brainstorming, cooperative learning, learning by playing), for obtaining high to average grades, which indicates their positive impact on students' performance
