Abstract

The present study aimed to identify the trends of Islamic education teachers in the Qasaba al-Mafraq district towards implementing comprehensive quality in their schools. It also aims to identify the effect of variables: (gender, academic qualification, and number of years of experience) on the directions of Islamic education teachers in the Qasaba al-Mafraq district towards implementing Total quality in their schools. The study concluded that the trends of Islamic education teachers in the district of the Kasbah of Mafraq towards implementing comprehensive quality in their schools were high, as the overall arithmetic mean was (3.9) and a standard deviation (0.84). High, while there are (16) items that came with a medium grade, and the score for the tool as a whole came with a high score. This result may be attributed to the conviction of Islamic education teachers on the importance of applying total quality in their schools. The principles and standards of comprehensive quality help all workers in the educational field from Teachers and school principals in improving the administrative and educational process Paragraph (20) came first, which states: “The achievement of quality is a quantum leap in improving the learning and education process.” Paragraph No. (17) is in the last place, which states "the application of quality is just theorizing and ink on our paper."

The study was not present and showed statistically significant differences at the function level α≤ 0.05) due to the effect of gender, educational qualification and years of experience, and this result may be attributed to the convictions of school workers in the application of the principles of total quality management in their schools.
