Abstract

When Imam Abu Hanifa al-Numan who died in the year 150 AH; One of the most prominent scholars who enriched the sciences of Sharia with jurisprudential rulings and legal concepts, which people received with acceptance in the East and West; This is what researchers and scholars have come to know. However, Imam Abu Hanifa - may God have mercy on him - had another aspect that many researchers overlook. It is the face of education and education. That is because he taught students of knowledge for many years, so he wrote for himself methods and methods of teaching that are compatible and intersect with modern and contemporary teaching methods, and stem from its problems, and reflect its foundations and origins, and these methods that the imam adopted in his teaching; Characterized by quality, originality, and value in form and content.

And since the teaching methods followed by the educational jurist are among the most important elements of the educational-learning process; As the success of the educational curriculum that he planned for himself depends on it. Because the effective and appropriate teaching method enables it to address the deficiencies in the curriculum, identify the students' learning difficulties, and identify the strengths and weaknesses; It is the link between the jurist teacher and the curriculum. It is difficult to separate the content of the curriculum and the method used in teaching.

I thought - and God is the conciliator - that the subject of this study should be “Methods of Teaching Islamic Jurisprudence Issues with Imam Abu Hanifa Al-Nu’man” to serve the aspired Islamic education; Which is an important branch of the branches of Islamic law, to which the honorable Sharia has given the greatest care and attention.
