Abstract

Many scholars believe that the eloquent text is that text that surprises the reader, with amazing linguistic aesthetics, as it departs from the usual expected, and reaches the surprising, eye-catching and heartfelt, since its first hearing.

The scholars acknowledge that the Holy Qur’an is the most informative text, in terms of its language, syntax, morphology, and rhetoric, and in terms of the word’s harmony with what precedes it and what comes after it, and this gives it a special impact that is remarkable for the sensitive listener in terms of its grammatical and morphological compatibility, and its gentle rhythm on the ear of the listeners. The Holy text gives this required meaning with all eloquence, ease and clarity. Hence, I noticed that the word in the Holy Qur’an occurs with a morphological, grammatical, or positional change, from advancing and delaying, which makes it more harmonious, more pleasant to the ear, and closer to the soul. This study focused on the places in which deviations from the expected ordinary took place, to the unfamiliar, and it classified these displacements according to their type of grammatical, morphological, and locational. This displacement, relying in my discussion of this phenomenon on the science of syntax, morphology, and sounds, and on the books of commentators to seek support for their opinions in this field.
