Abstract

This study aims to identify the degree of effectiveness of the performance of educational supervisors in the Education Directorate of Al-Muwaqqar District from the point of view of its principals. The descriptive survey approach was used in order to achieve the objectives of the study, and to answer the study questions, the arithmetic means and standard deviations were extracted. Principals' ratings of the supervisors' effectiveness in the areas of : Professional development, employment of technology and application of total quality are medium. The researcher recommended carrying out development, modernization and training processes for educational supervision in general through the annual training of educational supervisors in Jordan.
