Abstract

The study deals with the experiment approach and its effect on the consequences of actions of the scholars in both applied and rotting aspects. In the first three demands, the researchers presented the fundamental aspect in terms of the concept of experience, and the evidence for its consideration from the Qur’an and Sunnah as a path to reveal the consequences of actions and the construction of judgments, according to what they considered experiments reveal.

Further, the researchers presented the in rooting aspects, the scholars of Usul al-Fiqh take into account the conduct of the experiment through a set of rules that they decided; The rule of sounding and division, the rule of rotation, and the rule of worldly interests and their evils are known by experiences.

In the applied aspects the researchers mentioned some modern scientific applications; which highlights the impact of experience in revealing the consequences of actions, such as the impact of experience in revealing the risks of dealing with digital currencies, the impact of experience on the importance of a medical examination before marriage, and the impact of experience in determining the evils of smoking.

The study concluded several findings and recommendations, such as; Experience is a significant path in the balance of Islamic Sharia through which the worldly interests and evils that result from the act can be identified, and it should be relied upon to apply Shariah rulings to the actions of the taxpayers.

The researchers recommended continuing more studies in this subject to uncover new domains of experience approach and its effect on actions consequences, as well as activating this approach in modern issues.
