Abstract

Criminal cases are distinguished from other cases by a kind of privacy imposed by these cases during the course of the investigation procedures and then the trial, and despite the fact that the law has guaranteed the principle of public hearings in criminal cases like other cases, However, there are some exceptions in certain cases, or some messages are private messages, or outer space, or some messages and trials are prohibited from publishing anything about it. Given the importance of those exceptions to the principle of public response, it is possible to establish foundations and controls for publication in partial cases and to establish a precise legal regulation to ban publication in those cases.
