Abstract

This study aims to address Work Environment of Public Administration Bodies in Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Countries, through ecological introduction, in order to identify internal environment in the shade of which these bodies work in terms of job satisfaction as well as organizational culture in addition to organizational structure. Also identifying external environment representing in variables and political and legal factors, as well as economical and social variables, in addition to cultural and technical variables. At the end, international variables. Then the state of being exposed to accountability to the bodies of public administration in Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.The study depends on descriptive method through collecting and analyzing data about internal and external environment to public administration bodies in Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, the researcher has depended on ecological introduction, the method convenient for identifying the different environmental aspects whether they were connected to inside or outside public administration in Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.The study concluded that there were an impact on environment whether internal representing job satisfaction, organizational culture and organizational structure, or outside representing political and legal variables, as well as economical and social variables, in addition to cultural and technical variables and international ones. It is an effective impact on the bodies of public administration in Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, as well as , the more the means and tools of accountability in Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries are effective, the more this will lead to reduce administrative corruption.
