Abstract

The study aimed to explore factors that influencing in affective Organizational Commitment among employees who are working in banking sector in Al Riyadh city, we are testing the direct influence of (psychological empowerment Perceptions, organizational support perceptions, and transformational leadership behaviors) in affective Organizational Commitment. We are testing also the indirect effects of those factors in affective Organizational Commitment, through job Satisfaction as mediator. Through using structural equation modeling, results confirmed our hypothesis that job satisfaction has played a mediated role in the relationship between (psychological empowerment Perceptions, organizational support perceptions, and transformation leadership behaviors) and affective Organizational Commitment.
