Abstract

The study aimed to identify the extent to which trainers in the training programs taking into account the principles of adult education from the standpoint of participant. The study sample consisted of (378) participant from the Ministry of Education in training programs, and training carried out in semester (2) of 1434H in the women’s branch of the institute of Public Administration in Riyadh. And used in the study questionnaire consisted of tem major portion and the number of syntax (36) will phrase. Using different statistical methods the study was reached the following conclusions: The members of the study sample responses about the extent to which trainers taking into account the principles of adult education was the direction of “often” and “always”. Trainers taking into account the principles of adult education: orientation toward additional sources of learning, allows me a chance trained self-assessment of my performance and the performance of the participants, and give me the opportunity to choose the learning activities towards “rarely”. I got: a trainer dealing with me in a refined and courteous manner on the first rank, while the phrase got trainer allow me the opportunity to choose learning activities on the last rank. There are no statistically significant differences in the trainer taking into account the principles of adult education in the training programs due to the variable: age, qualification, type of qualification, length of service for the participant in the training programs.
