This research aims to identify the degree of availability of the elements of the administrative Innovation, and as well as to identify the ability of industrial companies in Gaza Strip to achieve competitive advantage, and to identify the nature of the relationship and the influence of the elements of the administrative Innovation (emotion and of the administrative Innovation (emotion and passion, intellectual renewal and fluency, change, problem solving, risk-taking) to achieve competitive advantage, hypotheses have been identified, and the measurement tool was prepared, and then distributed to the statistical sample which consisting of (150) employees from ( 51) industrial company, which capital increases than $ 500,000, and (146) questionnaire has been recovered. The research found the most important set of results that the level of administrative innovation on a high percentage (72.28%), and the achievement of competitive advantage earned on the percentage (72.76%),and It also shows a positive relationship between the administrative innovation elements and achieve competitive advantage, in addition, results showed that the rate of (75.50%) of the variation in the level of achievement of competitive advantage due to a change in the administrative innovation elements. It shows that there is no statistically significant differences in the responses of sample participants about the administrative innovation according to the type, job title, age and field while there are differences according to years of service. There are no statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample participants of competitive advantage according to job title, age, years of service and field. While there are no differences in the responses of sample participants about the type. The most important recommendations according to the findings of the study: It is essential to train the staff how to identify problems whether advisory or reflectivity methods It is essential to train the staff how to solve problems through consultation or negotiation, or through hidden and frank ways Companies must consider the opinions and views of customers and meet renewable desires, where this paragraph got fewer items in measuring competitive advantage.
