This study came to investigate the impact of organizational change on the organizational excellence using a sample from the private organizations in Riyadh city. The main question of this study is what is the impact of organizational change on organizational excellence on private sector in Saudi Arabia2. Reaching the main aim of the study required a review of the previous studies. A survey was conducted on a study sample comprising the employee in private organizations, Riyadh, which total (368) employees. The results showed: there is an effect statistically significant of the impact of organizational change dimensions on the organizational excellence excluding organizational structure. Moreover, there are statistically significant differences in the response of the respondents on the nature of organizational change due to personal characteristics (job title and years of experiences). Lastly there are statistically significant differences in the response of the respondents on the nature of organizational excellence due to personal characteristics (educational qualification and job title). Based on these results, certain recommendations were suggested.
