Abstract

This Study Aimed to define the human resources management strategy and its impact on raising the productivity level in industrial organizations, the study addressed the topics of human resources management strategy in The Middle East Complex for Eng., Electronica & Heavy Industries – Jordan, to identifying the impact of human resource strategy (Planning, Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Motivation) on raising the productivity level. This study is an analytical descriptive study, which used the (case study) approach, and the researcher relied on the questionnaire as a tool to collect the necessary data for this study. The study community composed of all the Development, Middle East Complex for Eng., Electronica & Heavy Industries (LG), staff and the current study sample included (94) employees. The Most Important Results for this Study: The Middle East Complex for Eng., Electronica & Heavy Industries applied a successful human resources study, its planning the human resources, follows the appropriate strategic method in selections and recruitment, training and developments and motivation. there is a relationship between human resources strategy and the productivity level The Middle East Complex for Eng., Electronica & Heavy Industries. The most Important Recommendations: The necessity of working and maintaining the human resources strategy followed in the middle east complex and continue developing due to its significant impact on productivity and on human resources strategy (planning, training and development, recruitment and selection and motivation due to its significant impact on productivity.
