Abstract

ملخص:

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تعرف العلاقة بين خبرات الإساءة في الطفولة وعلاقتها بصورة الجسم لدى طالبات قسم علم النفس بجامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية، وذلك لدى عينة مكونة من (220) طالبة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة: استمارة البيانات الأولية، واستبانة صدمة الطفولة، ومقياس تقييم المظهر. وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة بين خبرات الإساءة في الطفولة وصورة الجسم لدى طالبات قسم علم النفس, كذلك تبين أن الإساءة في الطفولة لها تأثير على صورة الجسم بمعنى إمكانية التنبؤ بصورة الجسم من خلال الإساءة في الطفولة. كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة احصائياً في متوسطات درجات صورة الجسم تبعاً لاختلاف مستوى التحصيل الدراسي أو الحالة الاجتماعية؛ وأشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الطالبات اللاتي لم تتجاوز أعمارهن 20 عامًا, ومن عمرهن أكثر من 20 عاماً في متوسطات درجاتهن على مقياس صورة الجسم لصالح من عمرهن20 عاماً فأقل, حيث كان متوسط تقييمهن لصورة الجسم (3.75) أكبر من المجموعة الأخرى.

Abstract: This study aimed to identify the relationship between Abuse Experiences In Childhood and its relation with body image among students of the psychology department of Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, the study sample consisted of (220) students; To achieve the objectives of the study the researcher used: Preliminary data form ; a questionnaire of childhood trauma, and appearance assessment. The results showed a statistically negative correlation between the experiences of abuse in childhood and body image and between the experiences of abuse in childhood among students of the Department of Psychology; also shows that abuse in childhood have an impact on body image in the sense of predictability in body through abuse in childhood. The results also showed no statistically significant differences in the mean scores of body image depending on the different academic achievement level or marital status; but the results indicated the presence of significant differences between students who are age 20 years old and younger and their age more than 20 years in the averages scores the image scale the body in favor of the young as 20 years old and younger, where he was to evaluate them for average body image (3.75) is greater than the other group.
