آليّات تعزيز المسؤوليّة الاجتماعيّة في مؤسّسات القطاع الخاص الفلسطيني

Abstract

ملخص:

تكمن أهميّة الدّراسة في أنّها تتعرّض لمفهوم المسؤوليّة الاجتماعيّة، وهو مفهوم حديث البحث، فرضته فلسفة الإبداع الاجتماعي، وتطوّر الفكر الإداري والاقتصادي، وأصبح معياراً هامّاً من معايير نجاح مؤسّسات الأعمال.

هدفت الدّراسة إلى وضع تصوّر للآليّات والإجراءات الّتي من شأنها تعزيز وتفعيل المسؤوليّة الاجتماعيّة في مؤسّسات القطاع الخاص الفلسطيني.

تطرّقت الدّراسة إلى مفهوم المسؤوليّة الاجتماعيّة، وأبعادها، وأهميّتها، ونطاق ممارساتها، كما تناولت بالتحليل واقع المسؤوليّة الاجتماعيّة في مؤسّسات القطاع الخاص الفلسطيني، والتّحدّيات الّتي تواجه تلك المؤسّسات، ومن ثمّ استعراض الآليّات الكفيلة بتعزيز الممارسة الاجتماعيّة في مؤسّسات القطاع الخاص الفلسطيني.

استخدم الباحثان في التحليل المنهجين الوصفي والتّحليلي، لتوصيف مفاهيم الدّراسة، وتحليل العلاقة بينها.

توصّلت الدّراسة إلى أنّ غياب الأطر التّشريعيّة والتّنظيميّة الكفيلة بترسيخ مفهوم المسؤوليّة الاجتماعيّة في مؤسّسات القطاع الخاص الفلسطيني، وغياب الوعي الكافي بأهمّيّة المسؤوليّة الاجتماعيّة، حال دون الممارسة الصحيحة لها.

أوصت الدّراسة بضرورة العمل على غرس ثقافة المسؤوليّة الاجتماعيّة لدى جميع أفراد المجتمع الفلسطيني، بمختلف فئاته ومستوياته، وذلك بهدف ترسيخ هذا المفهوم في كافّة المؤسّسات الفلسطينيّة، ووضع رؤية مشتركة للمسؤوليّة الاجتماعيّة تلتزم بها كلّ مؤسّسات القطاع الخاص.

Abstract:

The significance of this study stems out from revolving around the social responsibility concept which is new study area that has been imposed by the philosophy of social creativity and the improvement of economic and managerial approaches; which came to be an important factor of business success criteria.

The study aimed to improvise procedures and mechanisms of empowering and activating the social responsibility of the Palestinian private sector organizations.

Also it explained the concept of social responsibility, its dimensions, importance and its practice area , in addition to analyzing the reality of social responsibility in the Palestinian private sector organizations, and the challenges that they are facing, also it displayed the procedures that empowered the practice of social responsibility.

The researchers used the descriptive and analytical method to define the study concepts and analyze the relationship among them.

The study concluded that the absence of legislative and organizational regulations which is able to enhance and empower the concept of social responsibility in the Palestinian private sector organizations; and the absence of the awareness about the importance of social responsibility that prevented its proper practice.

The study recommended on the need to instill the social responsibility culture among the Palestinian society, with all its categories and levels, in order to enhance this concept in all Palestinian organization, and develop a mutual vision for social responsibility to be owned and practiced by private sector organizations.
