Abstract

ملخص:

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين إدارة المعرفة وإدارة الأزمات في المستشفيات الحكومية في ظل الظروف التي يمر بها الشعب الفلسطيني، وتَكَوَّنَ مجتمع الدراسة من جميع العاملين في المستشفيات (أطباء، ممرضين، إداريين) والبالغ عددهم (2776) موظف، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية ممثلة لمجتمع الدراسة بلغ عدد أفرادها (384) موظف، قام الباحث باستخدام استبانه كأداة لقياس متغيرات الدراسة تضم (51) فقرة، أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك اختلافات جوهرية بين مجموعات العاملين (أطباء، ممرضين، إداريين) في إدراكهم لبعد" معلومات تقنية " لإدارة المعرفة، كما أظهرت الدراسة وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أبعاد إدارة المعرفة ككل وإدارة الأزمات، وعلى ضوء هذه النتائج أوصت الدراسة بالتعامل مع المعرفة كجزء رئيسي وهام في مجال الابتكار والإبداع الإداري والتكيف مع متغيرات البيئة وتوظيفها في مواجهة الأزمات.

Abstract:

This study aims to identify the relationship between knowledge management and crisis management in governmental hospitals under , the conditions experienced by the Palestinian people, the study society consisted of all hospital staff (doctors, nurses, administrators) totaling (2776) employees, a random sample (stratified) was chosen to represent of the study society that includes (51) paragraphs as a tool to measure the variables of the study showed that there are significant differences between the different groups of workers (doctors, nurses, administrators) in their realization of the dimension " Technical Information " of knowledge management, and the study showed a statistically significant relationship between the dimension of knowledge management as a whole and crisis management. In the light of the results of the study a group of recommendations were presented, which help to achieve the objectives of the study.
