Abstract

ملخص:

هدفت هذه الدّراسة إلى التّعرف على مستوى الضّغوط النّفسيّة التي يتعرض لها معلمو ومعلمات المدارس الحكوميّة في محافظة الخليل، واستقصاء العلاقة بين الضّغوط النّفسيّة التي يتعرضون لها والدّافعيّة للإنجاز، وكذلك التّعرف على الفروق في مستوى الضغوط النّفسية وفقاً لبعض المتغيّرات المستقلة كالفئة العمرية، المرحلة التّعليميّة، والجّنس، والمؤهل العلمي، والمديريّة، والتّخصّص، وقد اعتمد الباحثان المنهج الارتباطي، وطُبِّقت أدوات الدراسة على عيّنة عشوائية بسيطة قوامها (199) معلماً ومعلّمة، وطُبِّق عليهم مقياس الضّغوط النّفسيّة (كوهين ورفاقه) بعد تقنينه على البيئة الفلسطينية، وكذلك مقياس (قوراري) لدافعية الإنجاز، وأسفرت النّتائج عن وجود علاقة عكسيّة بين الضّغوط النّفسيّة والدّافعيّة للإنجاز، كما أسفرت عن وجود فروق في مستوى الضّغوط النّفسيّة تعزى للجنس لصالح المعلّمات، وعن فروق في الضّغوط النّفسيّة تعزى للفئة العمرية لصالح الفئة الأكبر عمراً، وعن فروق تعزى للمرحلة التّعليميّة تعزى لمعلمي المرحلة الأساسيّة الدّنيا وعن فروق تعزى للمديرية تعزى لصالح مديرية يطا، فيما لم تظهر الدّراسة فروقاً في مستوى الضّغوط النّفسيّة تعزى لكلّ من المؤهل العلمي والتّخصص. وقد خلصت الدّراسة لمجموعة من التّوصيات المنبثقة من نتائجها.

Abstract:

This study aimed to identify the level psychological stress faced by public schoolteachers in Hebron, to explore the relation between the psychological stress and achievement motivation, as well as to identify the differences in degrees of stress, according to some independent variables such as (age group, educational stage, gender, qualifications, directorate, and specialization). A correlational approach of research was applied, and a random sample of (199) schoolteachers responded to the Perceived Stress Scale (Cohen et al), as well as Quari’s Achievement Motivation Scale. The results showed that there is a negative relationship between psychological stress and achievement motivation, and there are differences in the degree of psychological stress due to gender in favor of the females, differences in psychological stress due to the age in favor for the older teachers, differences due to the school stage due to the teachers of the lower basic stage, and differences due to the directorate due to Yatta directorate. The study revealed no differences in psychological stress due to both qualification and specialization. The study came up with a set of recommendations stemming from its findings.
