Abstract

الملخص:

هدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز علاقة تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة على تحقيق التنمية الاجتماعية المستدامة، من وجهة نظر العاملين في منظمات العمل التنموي الأهلي في قطاع غزة. وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحقيق اهداف الدراسة، وتم الاعتماد على أداة الاستبانة، حيث تم توزيع 150 استبانة على كل من الإدارة العليا والوسطى داخل المنظمات الاهلية العاملة في المجال التنموي، وقد تم استرداد 122 استبانة استخدمت لأغراض التحليل.

وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج منها: وجود علاقة ارتباط إيجابية قوية بين الحوكمة، والتنمية الاجتماعية المستدامة في المنظمات الأهلية العاملة في المجال التنموي بقطاع غزة، كما أظهرت النتائج أن أكثر ابعاد الحوكمة ارتباطا بالتنمية الاجتماعية المستدامة، قد تمثل ببعد الرقابة والمحاسبة. وفي ضوء النتائج السابقة فقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة قيام المنظمات الاهلية الفلسطينية العاملة في المجال التنموي بتعزيز جوانب الإصلاح الإداري والمالي بداخلها، بما يضمن تعزيز جوانب الشفافية والإفصاح في أطر أعمالها التنفيذية.

Abstract:

The study aimed to highlight the relationship of applying the principles of governance on achieving sustainable social development from the viewpoint of workers in civil development work organizations in the Gaza Strip. The study used the descriptive analytical approach to study the relationship of governance on sustainable social development in civil development work organizations in the Gaza Strip, and funding for the questionnaire tool, where 150 questionnaires were distributed to both senior and middle management within NGOs working in the development field, and 122 were retrieved A questionnaire used for analysis purposes.

The study concluded with a number of results such as the existence of a strong positive correlation between governance and sustainable social development in civil organizations working in the developmental field in the Gaza Strip, and the results also showed that the dimensions of governance most closely related to sustainable social development may represent the dimension of oversight and accountability.

Based on the results of the study, the study recommended the necessity for the Palestinian civil organizations working in the development field to enhance the aspects of administrative and financial reform within them in a manner that guarantees the enhancement of transparency and disclosure aspects in their executive work frameworks.
