Abstract

الملخص:

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى دور التعليم الإلكتروني في تنمية مهارات الاتصال والتواصل لدى طلبة جامعة القدس المفتوحة من وجهة نظرهم في فرع جنين.

وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (200) طالب وطالبة من طلبة جامعة القدس المفتوحة فرع جنين تم اختيارهم بطريقة طبقية عشوائية، واتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت أدوات الدراسة من قائمة بمهارات الاتصال والتواصل، واستبانه مكونة من (23) فقرة، واستمارة مقابلة. تم فحص الصدق والثبات وتبين تمتعها بدرجة صدق وثبات (0.887) وهي درجة جيدة جداً وتفي لأغراض الدراسة. أما مجتمع الدراسة فقد تكون من الطلبة في جامعة القدس المفتوحة فرع جنين.

وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أهم النتائج التالية:

تبين أن قيم المتوسطات الحسابية لاستجابة أفراد العينة على مجال الاستبانة الكلي كان بمتوسط حسابي قدره (3.48) بدرجة استجابة جيدة.

وتبين مستوى دور التعليم الإلكتروني في تنمية مهارات الاتصال والتواصل أنه جيد لدى طلبة جامعة القدس المفتوحة من وجهة نظرهم في فرع جنين. وأنه لا يوجد اختلاف بين متوسطات تقديرات الطلبة لدور التعليم الالكتروني في تنمية مهارات الاتصال والتواصل من وجهة نظرهم يعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس، الكلية). ولكن يوجد اختلاف بين متوسطات تقديرات الطلبة يعزى لمتغير المستوى الدراسي.

وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أهم المعيقات التي تواجه طلبة جامعة القدس المفتوحة عند ممارسة مهارات الاتصال والتواصل من وجهة نظرهم.

وبناء على نتائج الدراسة فقد أوصت الباحثة:

أن تعمل إدارة الجامعة على الاهتمام بتوظيف وتطوير استخدام التعليم الالكتروني ليسهم في تنمية مهارات الاتصال والتواصل بين الطلبة أنفسهم أو بين الطلبة وأعضاء الهيئة التدريسية. من خلال تنفيذ برامج لتدريب الطلبة وأعضاء هيئة التدريس على كيفية استخدام التعليم الإلكتروني لتحقيق الفائدة منه في تنمية مهارات الاتصال والتواصل. والاهتمام بتقوية العلاقة بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس وطلبتهم من جهة وبين الطلبة من جهة أخرى، بهدف التشجيع على ممارسة الاتصال والتواصل بشكل فعال.

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the role of e-learning in developing communication and communication skills among Al-Quds Open University students from their viewpoint in the Jenin branch.

The sample of the study consisted of (200) male and female students from Al-Quds Open University, Jenin branch, who were chosen in a stratified way. The researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach. The study tools consisted of a list of communication and communication skills, and a questionnaire consisting of (23) paragraphs. Her sincerity and reliability were examined and she showed that she has a validity and reliability score of (0.887) which is very good and meets the purposes of the study.

As for the study community, it may be from all students at Al-Quds Open University, Jenin branch.

The study reached the following main results:

It was found that the mathematical mean values for the response of the individuals of the sample to the total questionnaire area were with a mathematical average of (3.48) with a large degree of response.

The level of e-learning role in developing communication and communication skills was good for Al-Quds Open University students from their viewpoint in the Jenin branch.

And that there is no difference between the averages of students' assessments of the role of e-learning in developing communication and communication skills at Al-Quds Open University, Jenin branch from their viewpoint attributable to the variables (gender, college, academic level).

The study found a set of obstacles facing students of Al-Quds Open University when practicing communication and communication skills from their point of view.

Based on the results of the study, the researcher recommended:

The university administration should employ e-learning in education in a way that contributes to the development of communication and communication skills among students themselves or between students and lecturers. Develop programs to train students and faculty on how to use e-learning to utilize technology to develop communication and communication skills.

And attention to strengthening the relationship between faculty members and students on the one hand and between students on the other hand, in a manner that encourages effective communication and communication.
