Abstract

الملخص:

هذا البحث نتناول فيه بالدراسة والتحقيق رسالة في اختصار متن (المنار) لأبي البركات النسفي (ت710هـ)، لمحب الدين أبي القاسم محمد بن جُرُباش بن عبد الله الحنفي (توفي نحو 909هـ)، وقع اختيارنا عليها؛ لكونها لم تحقق ولم تطبع من قبل، ومؤلفها علامة متفنن، لم ينل حقه من التعريف والترجمة، وما تزال سائر مصنفاته مخطوطة، وقد أبان المصنف فيها عن إلمامه بأصول مذهبه، وقدرته على التعبير عنها بأسلوبه، وبراعته في اختصارها على طريقته.

هذا واعتمدنا في تحقيقها على نسخة خطية فريدة، استغرقت سبع صفحات، وقد بذلنا جهدًا كبيرًا في دراسة نصها وتحقيقه، واعتنينا بضبطه وتقويمه وتنظيمه؛ ليكون أقرب إلى النحو الذي وضعه عليه مصنفه، وليبدو على الوجه الذي يفيد منه المهتمون.

وانتظم العمل عليها في قسمين رئيسين: قسم دراسي، ويضم مبحثين: الأول: في التعريف بالمصنف. والثاني: في التعريف بالرسالة. وقسم تحقيقي: يحوي وصف النسخة الخطية المعتمدة في تحقيق الرسالة، وعرض مصورتها، ثم نص الكتاب محققًا.

Abstract:

This paper deals with the study and investigation of the book titled: Risālat ʿalā Manhaj al-Manār (Wuraiqāt fī Ikhtiṣār Manār al-Nasafī) by Muhib al-Dīn Abī al-Qāsim Muhammad bin Jurbāsh bin Abdillah al-Hanafī (died 909AH) I chose it because it is a manuscript that has not been investigated or printed before, and its author is a great scholar, who did not obtain his right of introduction. The rest of his works are still in manuscript form. The author showed in it his familiarity with the fundamentals of his Madhab (school of thought), his ability to express them in his own style, and his mastery of summarizing them in his own method.

In investigating this book, the researcher relied on a unique handwritten copy, which consisted of seven pages, and made a great effort to study and investigate its text, and took care of controlling, correcting and arranging it, in other for it to appear closer to the way the author would want it to be, and for it to be beneficial to those interested.

The work on it was organized into two main sections: A study section: which included: two chapters: The first chapter: In introducing the author. The second chapter: in introducing the book. The investigative section: It contained a description of the written transcript approved in investigating the book, a presentation of its copies, and finally the investigated text.
