Abstract

الملخص:

هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على نظم المعلومات الإدارية ودورها في تعزيز الإبداع الإداري في شركات تكنولوجيا المعلومات بمجال العمل عن بُعد – قطاع غزة.

استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفيّ التحليليّ، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من الموظفين العاملين في شركات تكنولوجيا المعلومات في قطاع غزة وعددهم (365) موظف، واستُخدمت الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، والاعتماد على أسلوب العينة العشوائية البسيطة تم توزيع (187) استبانة على أفراد العينة، وتمَ استرداد (180) استبانة. ومن ثَمّ قامت الباحثة بتحليل البيانات باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائيّ SPSS، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أنّ هناك دور إيجابي لنظم المعلومات الإدارية على تعزيز الإبداع الإداري إلى جانب وجود علاقة إيجابية بين نظم المعلومات الإدارية وتعزيز الإبداع الإداريّ. وأوصت الدراسة أنه من الضروريّ على إدارة الشركة تجربة وتقديم أساليب عمل جديدة وإبداعية تدعم بها أداء الموظفين.

Abstract:

The study aimed to identify Management Information Systems and their role in promoting administrative creativity in Telework IT companies – Gaza Strip.

The researcher used the descriptive-analytical method, The study population consisted of (365) employees working in Telework IT companies in the Gaza Strip, The questionnaire was used as the study tool, and the researcher relied on the simple random sample method consisting of (187) questionnaires that were distributed to the sample members, (180) questionnaires were retrieved. Then the researcher analyzed the data using the SPSS statistical program, and the results of the study showed that there is a positive role for management information systems in promoting administrative creativity, in addition to a positive relationship between management information systems and the promotion of administrative creativity. The study recommended that the company's management must experiment and present new and innovative work methods that support the performance of employees.
