This research applied Fuzzy Delphi Analytic Hierarchy Process (FDAHP) to evaluate the critical success factors for New Product Development (NPD) by using a hybrid vehicle as an example. Grey Relational Analysis (GRA) is used to assess the level of gray relation among these factors, followed by empirical analysis to construct the NPD strategy. The empirical result illustrates that the indicators system can identify brand positioning and image moulding of product efficiency. The NPD strategy will be established
