Abstract
In this paper, we introduce a general framework of the quintic non-polynomial spline method for solving the time fractional biharmonic equation. Applying the concept of Von Neumann, the stability of the method is investigated and it is shown that the proposed technique is unconditionally stable. The effectiveness and the accuracy of the method are illustrated using a test problem.
