Abstract
The paper focuses on variation in performance characteristics, such as the packet delivery ratio, throughput, jitter, and the delay, varies when the queue length has been changed. The results proved that there is no impact on the jitter when the queue length was varied. The packet delivery ratio and the throughput are increased when the queue length are increased by 10. Hence, the self- calibrating TDMA algorithm can be used to implement the body sensor network and queue length can be kept at 20 to be optimized for good throughput and packet delivery ratio.
