Abstract

A new class R∗q(β),q∈(0,1),β∈(0,1], of functions of analytic in E = {z : |z| < 1} with f(0) = f′(0)−1 = 0, is defined using the concept of q-difference operator Dq. as: f ∈ R∗q(β), if and only if, z Dq f (z) is subordinate to 􏰀 1+z 􏰁β , q ∈ (0, 1) for z ∈ E . Several properties of this class which include a distortion result, an integral f (z) 1−qz operator and rate of growth of coefficients. Some interesting special cases are deduced from main results as applications.
