Abstract
We propose a spectral technique for solving mixed nonlinear and linear Fredholm-Volterra integro-differential equations. Our method involves transforming the problem using Simpson’s integration formula and expanding the solution as a series of sixth- kind Chebyshev polynomials. The convergence rate and estimated chopping error are analyzed, and numerical examples are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness and accuracy of the approach.
