Abstract
This paper aims to adopt partially accelerated life tests model, under Type-II censoring scheme. The model parameters and the parameter of life are estimated by maximum likelihood, and Bayes methods. Approximate confidence interval under asymptotic distribution of maximum likelihood estimate, bootstrap confidence and Bayesian credible intervals are estimated. The developed model and its results are assessed and compared by Monte Carlo simulation study. Finally, a numerical discussion is considered in conclusion section.
