The study sought to identify the reality of the processes of partnership between the school and the family in Côte d'Ivoire, and Most important mechanisms proposed to develop, The sample consisted of (110) director, The study used the descriptive survey by questionnaire which included (40) items distributed on three axes, The study concluded that the reality of the processes of partnership between the school and the family in Côte d'Ivoire is still subject to the patterns of ineffective, The study concluded to propose the following: Provision of training courses for school administrators and teachers for the methods development of the partnership between the school and the family, Continuous contact between them, Develop the administrative function in school, Provide family with periodic reports adequately for her children school levels, activate the role of different media in educating the family of the importance of the partnership with the school.
