Abstract

This study aimed to detect the level of job satisfaction and psychological and social adjustment among a sample of workers special needs in the Irbid governorate, the sample consisted of 236 male and female. The results indicated that level of job satisfaction and its dimensions were in come moderately except the relationship with co-worker’s dimension came highly. The psychosocial adjustment level and its dimensions in come moderately with the exception of the social dimension came highly. The results showed a statistically significant due to the variable-gender job satisfaction and psychosocial adjustment scales differences in favor of females, and there were no statistically significant due to the variable-old on job satisfaction and psychosocial adjustment scales. The study recommends increasing the level of social support and psychological support and attention by institutions and their owners, and provide environmental and material facilities for people with special needs.
