Abstract

Managing institutional creativity in the societyof knowledge

This analyses the concept of institutional creativity and its management, the significance of thesociety of knowledge and its components, the administration's approach to institutional creativity in the society of knowledge, and the general principles and conditions of institutional creativity management programs, with a focus on successful experiences in the field.
