Abstract

Clandestine Transport in Fez

The article introduces the peculiarity of the “Clandestine Transport” in Fez and its types, and it assesses its size and spatial distribution. The purpose here is to know the structure of the clandestine transport network and, thus, explain the phenomenon by uncovering its causes. The study makes use of the analysis of bibliographic data and of the opinions of the actors.

The researcher relied mainly- due to the limited data - on the field observation technique as a systematic approach to the article to find the elements to capture the implications of the clandestine transport phenomenon, either as a justified social demand or as a defect that further deepens the transport crisis in Fez.
