Abstract
The discussion about territorial integrity through what is raised by the relations between the Moroccan metropolises and their desert expanses from a scientific, cognitive and intellectual aspect is a unified talk. The latter is due to the strong bonds that unite Moroccan with their surroundings, whether Sahrawi or otherwise, throughout history which evidently confirms that they were deeply aware of the significance of what these bonds build thanks to scholars and their great knowledge. The relations between the Sahara and the rest of the Morocco’s regions also provide and allow a great possibility for the expansion of the flag. Therefore, strengthening these relations between the south and north of Morocco allows for an easy spread of sciences. However, Dr. Hassan Hmitou asserts that discussing topics concerning the relationship between the Sahara and the rest of Morocco requires an adequate time to tackle this matter from all angles.
