Abstract

This article questions the creative process in design compared with that of generative artificial intelligence (GAI), and attempts to define a relationship between creative and generative logic.

As a result, a resonance between the design mindset and AGI is identified, thanks to the poetics and use of the design toolbox borrowed to GAI .

Creative cogeneration reconciles human and machine. But the logic of artificial imagination led to question the future of the designer's profession and calls for a mandatory updating of the designer's profile!
