Abstract

Variations on the theme of Taxis Ville or "WorosWoros" in Abidjan Ivory Coast: The Prolongation of their Effects in Cocody

Taxisville OR "worosworos" have become an inseparable element of the urban landscape of Abidjan. Since the beginning of the 1990s, they have been running intra and extra- municipal lines within an ill-defined regulatory framework. Problem in the town of Cocody, a luxury residential area of which the physical geographic environment is subject to degradation ranges perceptible.
