Abstract

Seriousness and Humor, the Search for Significance and Relationship

This article deals with the difficulty of defining seriousness and humor, and the different attitudes and opinions on the subject by standing with Ibn Abd Rabbo and Shihab Al-Din Al-Ibshihi, and what is the relationship between serious and humor in terms of comprehensiveness and alternation, positive and negative and the sociology of laughter through the study of the books of Al-Jahiz and the didactics of laughter.
