Abstract

Hospital buildings have become one of the most important public buildings in societies, due to the services they provide and the necessary functions, which makes it important to study the various forms of hospital buildings and their designs to study carefully so that the patient is comfortable, and all hospital users and employees, and this is done through studying landscapes and treatment gardens Because it is of great importance to its positive impact on the patient. It is necessary to pay close attention to studying hospital buildings in terms of providing ventilation and lighting. So, in the past century, economic factors were seen as affecting the design of hospitals, which led to the lack of external exploitation of hospitals.This research paper provides an analysis of the various aspects that must be taken into account while planning hospital outdoor outdoor spaces. Considerations were raised that might contribute to achieving a positive hospitalization environment, and these considerations and criteria were identified. We must focus on the design requirements of public spaces, improve the performance of those spaces and pay attention to the aesthetics that respond to the human and psychological needs of the user. This is because it enumerates the physiological and psychological needs that the designer must take into account when designing general hospital spaces.•The purpose of this research is to study any elements that may help to generate a safe, outdoor and non-threatening atmosphere from the hospital perimeter with access to considerations for designing external spaces and improving the functional performance of external spaces for hospital buildings to achieve the different needs of the patient.•Definition of the research problem: Attention to the material aspect and neglect of some of the performance of external spaces for hospital buildings and their impact on the patient.•Objectives:Reaching the necessary considerations for designing external spaces for hospital buildings to improve their functional performance.•Innovative research and scientific addition: improving and developing the job performance of external spaces for hospital buildings to achieve the different needs of the patient.أصبحت مبانى المستشفيات من أهم المبانى العامة ، من خلال ما تقدمه منخدمات ووظائف ضرورية .والذى يجعلنا نقوم بدراسة الاشکال المختلفةلمبانى المستشفيات وتصميماتها دراسة دقيقة حتى تتوفر فيها الراحةللمريض، وجميع مستخدمين المستشفى والعاملين بها ،ويتم ذللک من خلالدراسة المناظر الطبيعية والحدائق العلاجية والتى لها اهمية کبيرة وتاثيرايجابى على المريض. کما يجب دراسة مبانى المستشفيات من ناحية توفيرالتهوية والاضاءة دراسة جيدة . فکان فى القرن الماضى کان العاملالاقتصادى يؤثرعلى تصميم المستشفيات، مما أدى الى عدم استغلال المحيطالخارجى للمستشفيات. تقدم هذه الورقة البحثية تحليلا للجوانب المختلفةالتي يجب اتخاذها في الاعتبارات أثناء التخطيط لفراغات الخارجية فيالهواء الطلق للمستشفى. فتم طرح الاعتبارات التي قد تسهم في تحقيق بيئةاستشفاء ايجابية ،فتم تحديد هذه الاعتبارات ، والمعايير مع مراعاة الترکيزعلى المتطلبات التصميمية للفراغات العامة ،و تحسين الآداء لتلک الفراغاتو الإهتمام بالجماليات التى ترد على الإحتياجات الإنسانية و النفسيةللمستعمل . مع الاخذ فى الاعتبار الاحتياجات الفسيولوجية و النفسية عندالتصميم للفراغات العامة بالمستشفى . والغرض من هذا البحث هو دراسة أي العناصر التى قد تساعد على توليد،جو آمن فى الهواء الطلق وغير مهدد من محيط المستشفى مع الوصولللاعتبارات لتصميم الفراغات الخارجية وتحسين الاداء الوظيفى للفراغاتالخارجية للمبانى المستشفيات لتحقيق الاحتياجات المختلفة للمريض . تعريف المشکلة البحثية :الاهتمام بالجانب المادى واهمال بعض اداءالفراغات الخارجية لمبانى المستشفيات وتاثيرها على المريض. ابتکاريه البحث و الإضافة العلمية : تحسين وتطوير الاداء الوظيفىللفراغات الخارجية لمبانى المستشفيات لتحقيق الاحتياجات المختلفةللمريض .
