Abstract

تعتبر الحدائق التاريخية جزءً هاماً من التراث الحضارى المشيد للشعوب، فهى تساهم فى خلق الهيكل الحضري وصورة المدينة، وتساعد في تحسين القيم المادية والثقافية والبيئية والإقتصادية والإجتماعية للمدينة. ولكنها تتعرض لإختفاء ملامحها التراثية أو تشوهها نتيجة لإهمالها أو للتدخلات غير المدروسه والأنشطة المستجده التى قد تؤدى إلى إستقطاع مساحات منها وتغيير إستعمالات الأراضى لتلبية الإحتياجات الجديدة، لذا رأى الباحث ضرورة التأكيد على قيمة الحدائق التاريخية، وتشجيع الحفاظ عليها بإحيائها وتجديدها للحفاظ عليها وعلى هوية المحيط العمرانى التراثى مع إحترام الأنشطة المعاصرة، وذلك بالتطبيق على "حديقة الأزبكية" التاريخية لإحيائها وتجديدها وإعادة قيمتها التراثية ضمن السياق المكانى والتاريخى للقاهرة الخديوية، وإعادة تنسيق عناصرها المادية وفقاً للمستجدات وأنشطتها الأصيلة، وذلك من خلال منهجية علمية تبدأ بتحديد قيمة الحديقة التراثية، وتحليل القوى المؤثره على هوية المكان، ومعرفة التحديات التى تواجه الحديقة، وتحليل الأفكار والمشروعات والمسابقات السابقة لتجديد الحديقة وتقييمها من خلال نموذج أعده الباحث لقياس مدى توافق تلك المشروعات مع فكر الحفاظ للحفاظ على الحديقة التاريخية ومواردها للأجيال القادمة.Abstract: Historical gardens are considered an important part of the built cultural heritage of peoples, as they contribute to the creation of the urban and the image of the city, and help in improving the physical, cultural, environmental, economic and social values of the city. However, it is exposed to the disappearance of its heritage features or distortion as a result of its neglect or ill-considered interventions and new activities that may lead to the deduction of areas from it and the change of land uses to meet new needs. Therefore, the researcher saw the necessity of emphasizing the value of the historical gardens, and encouraging their conservation by regenerating, renewing and revitalizating them to preserve them and the identity of the heritage urban while respecting contemporary activities, by applying to the historical "Azbekiya Garden" to revitalize it, renew it, and restore its heritage value within the spatial and historical context of Khedive Cairo, and replaning of its physical elements according to the developments and its original activities, through a scientific methodology that begins with determining the value of the heritage garden, analyzing the factors affecting the identity of the place, knowing the challenges facing the garden, analyzing previous ideas, projects and competitions to renew the garden and evaluating them through a model prepared by the researcher to measure the compatibility of these projects with thought conservation to conserve the historic garden and its resources for future generations.
