The study aimed to conduct an opinion poll to measure the extent of mastery of some different skills in the implementation of outer clothing, and through the results of this survey it was found that there are many difficulties that students face during the implementation of the project material, and one of the most points that it suffers from is the following (installing the bracelet - installing the reference - The composition of the sleeve - the work of the cola - the anform. Therefore, the sample for implementation was chosen, which is the women's blouse on the previous techniques mentioned in the survey. The research sample was composed of a group of female students at the Department of Home Economics, Faculty of Specific Education, Tanta University, and the number was (30) female students implemented four models of blouses and then applied the participatory learning strategy to the research sample. The students were divided into small groups to implement a number of blouse models (6 models). This was followed by the work of a questionnaire form and was presented to the arbitrators to evaluate the designs implemented by female students, and then appropriate statistical methods were used to extract the results and verify the validity of the assumptions, and among the most important findings of the research that one of the most important findings of the research is that there are statistically significant differences between the tribal application and the dimensional application of the participatory learning strategy to develop the skills of female students in the Department of Home Economics through the techniques of implementing the women's blouse, where the fifth model obtained the highest ranking with a total of 429 with a rate of 95.33%, and the model Seventh with a total of 424 at a rate of 94.22%, then the ninth model with a total of 329 with a percentage of 73.1% . The research problem is there a development for the skills of female students in the Department of Home Economics through the techniques of implementing women's blouse. Also how effective is the participatory learning strategy in acquiring the basic skills for implementing the women's blouse for students of the Home Economics Department at the Faculty of Specific Education As the aim of research is studying the effect of applying the participatory learning strategy on a group of students of the Department of Home Economics in developing skills for implementing women's blouse techniques,also treating female students' weakness in implementing some of the techniques for women's blouse. And qualifying female students to the job market with training on some techniques for implementing the women's blouse .The research importance is training on some techniques for weaving the women's blouse for the students of the Home Economics Department in order to advance the educational process. Also contributing to raising the efficiency and qualification of students of the Home Economics Department of the labor market And research methodology is the semi experimental and analytical method
