Statement of the problem : The need to develop new methods that helps to create competition in polyester summer fabrics design field with mono color for (men, women) using the various variables of continuous polyester filament yarns in (fiber types, number of fibers in yarn cross-section, count, yarn T.P.M, yarn twist directions, yarn twist less, yarns with air jets). Away from the traditional methods, which need to renewal and innovation to contribute in turn to activate technical and technical dimensions quickly to escort with production rates at the lowest possible cost, thus helping the economically achieve the highest possible profitability. The fabrics that produced from continuous polyester filament yarns with a single surface that do not achieve sufficient wear comfort. While the fabrics with variable surface and textured (the subject of the current research) reduce the surface contact between it and the human body thus, retain a quantity of The stagnant air between them increases the rate of heat exchange between the human body and the outer center which makes the person wearing it with comfort clothing (health characteristics). Especially as they are used in summer clothes for (men, women). The current weaving methods of continuous polyester filament yarns is mainly depend on water jet weaving machines only, which lack the plurality in the specifications of both warp and weft yarns. There is only two main nozzle for weft yarns that is reflect in the lack of plurality in weft yarns various specifications, as well as using a single warp beam only stands a barrier to pluralism in the specifications of warp yarns, which enriches the aesthetic, functional and healthy characteristics of the fabrics produced of continuous polyesterfilament yarns. Objectives : Achieve unlimited varieties in design of polyester summer fabrics with mono color for (men, women) which makes it carry aesthetic, functional and healthy values through the continuous polyester filament yarns variants at the lowest possible cost to achieve the highest economic potential. Methodology : The paper uses an experimental approach. Results : Various variables of continuous polyester filament yarns for warp yarns specifications or weft yarns specifications or both of the main pillars to attract the consumer, marketing polyester fabrics produced and also achieve the dressed comfort in summer polyester clothes with mono color for (men, women) on another side. The processing of polyester summer fabrics using sodium hydroxide liquid (10% caustic soda) has a clear effect on the supply of processed fabrics with many advantages and positive properties without harming it, which improves the functional, health and aesthetic performance compared to raw polyester fabrics, which we cannot using it definitively without processing.
