المبادئ الاساسية للدعوة السلفية التصحيحية في الجزيرة العربية واثرها في حياة النجديين ومن حولهم
Abstract
The Salafi corrective movement in Arabia is an old- new Da’wa. It has a dynamic methodology in teaching and educating people. It has objectives planned to be achieved in stages and conditional by the line of the Islamic Da’wa.
The founder of the movement sheik Mohammed son of Abdul Wahhab has been ignored in his ideas for the purpose of marginalizing them.
The objectives of this movement are as follows:
1. Calling upon people to believe in god.
2. Calling upon people to perform Jihad.
These objectives are to be achieved through wisdom and modest advise beside calling upon the support or rulers and prominent state people.
The local Ottoman authorities were opposed to this movement. However, the movement has managed to make radical changes in people’s beliefs and religion derived from the Quran and Prophetic tradition inside and outside Arabia.
Though the movement has not fully succeeded in making the people follow the pure Islamic behavior, they believe that they laid the correct Islamic principles.
