This study aimed to investigate the extent of conformity of data analysis and probability content included in mathematics textbooks for the grades (4-6) in Jordan according to the international math standards (NCTM). Content analysis style was adopted according to the international math standards to the data analysis and probability contents of grades textbooks in Jordan. The results of the study showed that the domains of the data analysis and probability standards included in mathematic textbooks of (4-6) grades is weak, it is 23.64% for the 4th grade, 40.0 % for the 5th grade, and 47.27 % for the 6th grade. The study recommended who are responsible for the curriculum on the necessity to review the data analysis and probability contents included in mathematic books of these three grades to conform to the international mathematic standards (NCTM
