Abstract
This study aims to identify the Salahi Bimarstan Awqaf in Jerusalem, which was established during the reign of Saladin in 585 AH / 1192 AD, and based on the in the records of the Jerusalem Sharia court during the tenth century AH / sixteenth century. Bimarstan Awqaf varied between the houses, shops, tanneries, agricultural land and some of the other facilities, and in light of this, we will learn about the types of the transactions made in the investment of Awqaf in many ways; such as currencies during the study period, and the people who rented the properties of Bimarstan. The study examines the quality of jobs for the management of Awqaf and the nature of their functions and powers.
