Abstract
The Modern criminal policy of many national legislation has been tended to care of the forgotten party in the criminal phenomenon, which is the victim and the protection of their rights, this motivate us to wonder about the limits of providing protection to the victim in the Palestinian criminal policy. It became clear that there is a great affect in the criminal policy of either emphasis or mitigate the punishment on the offender and the victim's stance on crime, as we find that the victim has certain rights during the preliminary investigation and during the criminal trial stage. In the same context, there were found a guarantees the right of the victim to get compensation for using the civil suit. There are some fortified methods of this right, either during the investigation, on the trial or even after the trial.
