The study aimed to identify the differences between practical skills of senior students on the ladder of administrative skills and the skills determined in the Academic Plan of the program. The study focused on analyzing skills gap at the strategic level and deciding on appropriate ways to deal with and overcome it in future. The study also focused on the second level where the practical skills were examined in accordance with the ladder of accuracy and perfection. The researcher conducted this case study using a battery of (6) exams that were distributed to 14 participants. 11 out of 14 participated in the battery of exams (78.5%). The findings proved the hypothesis of the study and revealed significant differences between the academic plan the practical performance.
