Abstract
This study aims to investigate the impact of the inflow of foreign direct Investment on foreign reserves in Jordan during the period (1980-2015). The results show that the variables are not stationary in their levels, whereas their first differences are stationary. Engel-Granger methodology was applied for testing the existence of co-integration among the variables. The fully modified ordinary least squares (FMOLS), were applied for the regression. The results have shown that the inflow of foreign direct investment has a positive impact on foreign reserves in Jordan
