Abstract
This study aimed to reveal the self-efficacy and its relationship to objective orientation among female students of University College Ranyah in Taif University. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the scale of self-efficacy which consisted of (65) items, and the scale of objective orientation which consisted of (24) items. The study sample consisted of (350) female students in University College Ranyah in Taif University. They were selected in a simple random method. The results of the study showed that the level of self-efficacy was moderate degree, and the level of objective orientation was moderate degree. The results indicated that there was strong extrusive correlative relationship between the level of self-efficacy and the objective orientation.
