Abstract
The study aims to identify job satisfaction levels among private school teachers at Irbid governorate. The sample of the study consisted of (202) private school teachers who works in Qasabt Irbid and were selected using simple random method. To achieve the study objective, descriptive analytical method was used. The study results showed that the job satisfaction level of private school teachers was moderate. It also showed no statistically significant differences for the job satisfaction levels among private school teachers in light of qualification, years of experience and educational level. In light of the results, the study recommends to search for the appropriate methods which can be used to increase job satisfaction levels among private school teachers
