Abstract
This research studies the problem of the Arabic technical terms, facing the foreign concepts, and terms. It emphasizes the commencement always with the concepts, to arrange them in similar and closed groups, and to suggest suitable closed terms for every group. The research is also concerned with the conditions, standardization and the roots of every term . It concentrates on two vital elements , which are : the logical , and the linguistic one .
