Abstract
Water is one of the most serious problems occurs in the last decades standing in front of the most of the Middle East countries , especially in Jordan and Palestinians Territories because of the shortage of water sources in the area and the Israeli control over the available resources.Most of the residents in the Hebron District depend on rainfall in their domestic consumption and irrigation . This study aims at analyzing and discussing the trend and the components of daily , monthly and yearly rainfall at Al-Aroob Agricultural Station northern area of Hebron District . This study also constructs the transition probability matrix for the normal nature states (raining and not raining ) by using descriptive and inferential statistical methods.
